A Festive Sabbath

After scratching my head about what to do today, we finally found some festive things to do!

We really would like your input on free and festive things to do.

Please let us know what you are doing, we even love attending Stake and Ward performances!!!

Here is what we found.

Salt Lake Central Stake Christmas Fireside
We loved it a couple years ago. Listen to and sing wonderful Christmas carols. A cozy and beautiful evening for sure.
6:30 pm
951 East 100 South
Salt Lake City, UT 84102

University of Utah Institute Fireside, with Sheri Dew!
7:00 pm at the U of U's Institute. Hard to skip that one.

Provo Messiah Sing-Along
7:00 pm
Grandview Stake Center
1880 W. 1600 North
Provo UT 84604

Utah Valley Handbell Ringers
Is there anything more festive than Christmas songs played on handbells (or Cowbells)?
5:00 pm
Springville Museum of Art
126 E. 400 South
Springville UT 84663

A Utah Valley Christmas
While Sister Dew's fireside really is supposed to be for Institute students, this one is for the entire community. Utah Valley University's Institute is AWESOME.

From their site:
This will be a huge Christmas event for...the surrounding communities. There will be an open house from 5:00 - 9:00 pm and two shows nightly at 6:00 and 8:00 pm of the LDC Christmas pageant called "The Wonderous Gift".

Celebrate at Home
If you would rather stay home, tune into Classical 89 at 5:00 pm tonight. BYU's orchestra and choirs will be performing a Christmas program. If you live outside of Utah, you can listen here:

Aw, I wish I was in the vicinity. I wouldn't care which one you picked. I would just be happy to come along and hang with you for the night.
