Festival of Trees

This is a must see in Northern Utah since 1971. Families, individuals, organizations, and corporations create magnificent trees, wreaths, gingerbread houses, etc., for silent auction. Every penny of the proceeds benefit Primary Children's Medical Center. The populace gets to gape at these masterpieces from Dec. 3-6.

We donated 900 pennies today: for our entrance and a cookie Sarah stole.

It was really magnificent (the festival, not the thievery).

I love the festival of trees! This year we get a bonus - Grace will be dancing there on Saturday. We're all really excited, especially Grace. I love all the creativity, it is so neat to see what people come up with.

Wow. That's an amazing gingerbread house. It looks like something off of Food Network.

Hello Candice, Drew, and Super Sarah (who I admittedly have not met :D)
Thanks for being such enthusiastic and cheery examples to me when you were in our ward. I remember finding out you were going to be my seminary teachers and being absolutely pumped for it.
It's weird to think how much has happened t both of us since then.
I'm now in college at BYU and having a wonderful time.
Thanks for always being a light to those around you!
