The Diorama

I love Mondays. I feel residual inspiration from Sunday, and it is Family Home Evening day. Heavenly Father blesses those who really try to do Family Home Evening. We are not perfect, but we really try.

We went to Temple Square to see the most amazing exhibit.
It is a diorama of the Salt Lake Temple. Every room in miniature. Rooms that I had not seen. It is accompanied by a video tour. There was a big line with crowds pressed up to the glass to see this amazing replica. To see the the sacred inside of our largest temple.

I stood by a future member who was asking questions. I was enthralled at what others think about our temples. "Is that a sealing room?" "No, that is the creation room..." "But it has an aisle for the bride and groom to walk up..."
I love this building as it was our first "Stake Center" when we moved to the center of Salt Lake.
And the temple. No matter how amateur the photographer, it is impossible to take a bad picture of this building of buildings.

Thanks for telling me about it. I'll have to go take a look. I'm so excited!
Wow-that dioramo looks amazing!! It's a must see when we come to SLC this summer! Perhaps w/a personal tour guide...you and the family!
