One on one

We only have three children so I do not think much of the importance of one on one time. But recently, we have been trying just that.  I am amazed at how delightful, insightful, and different they are when it is just you and them.
On this day, Andrew took Sarah shopping, so it was Steele and I (okay, and Peter Knox, but he has not yet realized that we are two separate people it was practically one on one:).  My favorite activity was just jumping on the trampoline, Steele and I.  No one else clamoring for a turn, or inadvertently knocking him over (unless it was me on accident).
Just the two of us.  He is my bud.
